Each band is covered with a protective nylon safety sleeve providing for a safe and effective workout.  5lbs, 10lbs, 15lbs, 20lbs and 25lbs stackable bands allow endless levels of resistance.     I love the quality of this product! It has become a new part of my home gym. My room was not big enough for a universal, this fits the bill. I don’t feel like I’m missing the weights. I just wish this package had a poster of all the different exercises. The ones included in the manual are fine for beginners. Thanks for this product. And its made in the USA!
