Where have these been the last 5 years ? I have tried several sets of elastic band setups and ,Absolutely nothing is as EASY and AS FUN to work out.me and my Fiance work out together and have a blast doing it! The handles clip right on,the ankle bands clip right on ,need more resistance add multiple bands togeather on the handles and get your workout on! Thanks guys i love my kit and recommend it to anyone from basic to expert!

This kit has everything one needs and more. I bought one for my sister and her husband. They are not dedicated GYM type of people. Since they have the kit, both are using it every day and they look a lot better ( and happier). For the money, can’t go wrong.

I have absolutely loved these bands. They give me the flexibility to work out when it’s convenient for me and I do feel that I am getting an excellent workout. Can easily pack a band in a suitcase to take while traveling. Comfortable and fun to use!

The bands are super awesome and very impressive and stouter than they first appear. The ankle straps are very good and comfortable and can use them with other devices besides your products. That’s just incredible and awesome in of itself. The foam handles are very sturdy and easy to use multiple ways and fits over your shoes so can do leg presses and other leg workouts. Also with the clips attached to the bands don’t have to worry about them coming off.

I got this to work my IT band for cycling, but it came with instructions for stretches that target other areas and I’ve been doing them all. It works great and seems sturdy, even though I’m a bigger guy (225lb). I would buy this again, but I don’t think I’ll have to.
