Quick, easy, healthy side dish: Baked Tomatoes Mix olive oil, garlic, red pepper flakes, fresh basil & parmesan cheese. Create a “paste” texture. Top tomatoes. Optional to add extra basil and some shredded Italian mix cheese blend (seen in picture), bake at 400 for 10 minutes. Low carb, low cal, not low in flave. Smells Devine! Tastes even better!!
